Production Manager
MedArray, Inc, is seeking a Production Manager to join our team. We are an emerging market contender in gas exchange solutions using our platform silicone membrane technology, We manufacture silicone membrane gas exchangers used in applications ranging from cell culture bioreactors and medical devices, to biogas purification, pollution control, and industrial gas separations. Our likely Production Manager will be dependable in planning, scheduling, and managing production processes. Will also thoroughly understand our production processes and develop substantial hands-on experience to be able to hire, train, and supervise exceptional employees. Will also ensure that all safety protocols are followed by all associates and must inspire them and create a good work environment.

A minimum of five years experience is essential.
Desirable pluses:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline
- Experience in ISO (or GMP) implementation, certification, and manufacturing
- Experience manufacturing one or more of the following products: medical disposables, filters, textiles, and plastic components
- Experience with one or more of the following: plastics/polymer processing, clean room manufacturing, quality assurance, production scale-up, six sigma, supply chain, metrology, electronic controls, computer programming
